Instructor: Lt. Col. Grossman is: One of our nation's leading trainers for military, law enforcement, mental health professionals, and school safety organizations. A U.S. Army Ranger, a paratrooper, and a former West Point Psychology Professor. He holds a black belt in Hojutsu - the martial art of the firearm - and has been inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame. - Officer Wellness and Mental Health - 2.5 hours
- Procedural Justice - 1.5 hours
- Use of Force: De-escalation Techniques - 2 hours
- Active Threat Response - 2 hours
- Officer & Youth Interaction - 1 hours
