COURSE GOALS:
- Apply current best practices in adult learning and coaching for today’s recruits (including Gen Z learning patterns).
- Conduct structured observation, documentation, and feedback using the agency’s FTO model.
- Demonstrate effective communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making coaching.
- Identify and mitigate common training pitfalls, bias traps, and liability concerns.
- Use scenario-based approaches to coach critical thinking, judgment, and officer safety.

This training covers the following mandates:
- Constitutional / Proper Use of LE Authority - 1 hours
- Human Rights - 0.5 hours
- Procedural Justice - 4.5 hours
