Instructor: Jason Taylor is a Missouri Police Officer and subject matter expert in de-escalation for the State of Missouri. He is also a United States Air Force veteran who achieved the titled of Master Instructor in over 30 courses while assigned to the Air Mobility Warfare Center.

- Crisis Intervention - 2 hours
- Cultural Competency - 2 hours
- Procedural Justice - 2.5 hours
- Use of Force: De-escalation Techniques - 15 Hours (3 Hours Scenario-Based) hours
