Instructor: Assistant State's Attorney Courtney Knieps is assigned as a felony assistant. Along with these duties, she assists as a special prosecutor for animal cruelty cases in the Animal Protection Unit. She has served as a prosecutor in the domestic violence division in Michigan and Will County. She has been a practicing attorney for nearly ten years, graduating from Western Michigan Thomas M.
